Support Components Definitions

  • Bug fixes: Code level issues. Component not working as intended.

  • Configuration assistance: Speedb will review the customer's requirements and provide a recommended configuration.

  • Q&A: Speedb engineers will assist with any questions pertaining to rocksdb\speedb way of operations or configuration items etc’

Log review / monthly checkup: Speedb will provide a monthly check up that includes LOG reviews and insights from the customer logs and issue a report.

Tuning & performance services: Speedb will review customer specific infrastructure and workload and provide the best configuration and system tuning to achieve optimal performance..
